After completing massage school at Integrative Bodywork School of Massage in State College, and getting my license in 2017, I worked for Penn State University Athletics doing sports massage. During this time, I worked with several different teams including football, tennis, track and hockey. This experience enabled me to further my skills in a variety of therapies such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial and neuromuscular massage.

For the past seven years I have worked for Nittany Valley Chiropractic.

As a massage therapist, I was part of a team ensuring each patient/client was receiving the treatment needed to reach their individualized goals.
